As of 1st March 2022, Harvest Lakes Medical will be transitioning to a mix billing practice. As a practice we believe that everyone deserves to have access to high quality healthcare and so we were offering our services as a bulk billing clinic. Unfortunately, the rebate we receive from Medicare does not cover the operational costs of the practice. We are committed to maintaining and providing the very best quality healthcare for our patients and so we have taken this step to protect the sustainability of our practice.

WEEKDAY CONSULTATION FEES

Access to healthcare is very important to us. Therefore, we will continue to bulk bill the following patients;

– Children under 16

– Pension Card Holders/DVA

– Chronic Disease Care Plans

– Health Assessments

– Mental Health Care Plans

WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAY CONSULTATION FEES

Consultations on the weekends and Public Holidays will incur a $15 surcharge to the prices listed above. Medicare rebates vary on weekends, please see below the consult fees.

Procedures – Iron Infusions, Implanon, Merina,  Skin Procedures, Wedge Resections, Body Mapping, etc.

Some specialized appointments such as the above will incur a fee, the doctor or reception will advise you of this fee when booking the appointment.
